We believe we spend more time on accurate pricing than any other construction company in the South East. We list and detail every aspect of the works, with what they entail, the branded materials we will use and line by line costings.

 

We only ever charge you for the work we do, not what we don't!

 

Construction is not an exact science, especially when it comes to refurbishing old buildings. Sadly hidden problems sometimes only surface when the works are started.

Many building companies build these into their prices but if they don't occur they still charge you for it! What's more you may never know because they gave you one round lump price.

Other companies can give you a low start price then hit you with extra charges after they are already in your home.

Colour Republic are different, we show you exactly what will do and at what cost, we also let you know of any possible problems that we may foresee due to our experience. We also give you the likely costs if we should come up against such problems, if we don't then you have saved money, if we do then you don't get any nasty surprises!

We believe our prices are extremely competitive, but should you find somebody cheaper, we will do our best to price match on a like for like basis, providing the company were using quality materials and intend to carry out the works to our own high standards.
