Printed Wallpapers

 

Printed wallpapers come in a vast array of styles and paper types, they can cost as little as a few pounds a roll to hundreds of pounds a meter, originally wallpapers were wooden hand block printed and some companies such as Cole & Son still produce ranges using these traditional methods. In truth there are many ways in which modern wallpapers are manufactured from updated screen printing methods to the latest digital printing. Today it is possible to design your own pattened wallpaper, have it printed and installed all within a matter of days.

 

If designing your own wallpaper seems a little too much work there are now some excellent offerings on the high street, even from the likes of the large DIY superstores, in years past the wallpapers in these stores were of very poor quality but the buyers are now sourcing papers from some of the best known design houses.
