Paint Brands

 

All painters and decorators have their favourite brands of paint and Colour Republic are no different. We choose our paints solely on their quality. The brands we use are not the cheapest, but nor are they expensive for the return in quality, which in turn makes them extremely good value for money.

 

Paints are made up mainly from prime pigments, extender pigments, binders and additives. The ratio of these elements largely determines the quality of the paint. The minimal extra cost of using superior premium brand paints pays dividends when you take into account the performance and durability they have over the cheaper low quality brands.

 

Whilst we do not exclusively use one brand of paint we have put together some information on our favourites and the benefits of using these.
